Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) announced Lim Chin Hu has been appointed as an independent nonexecutive director of the company with effect from July 16, 2018.Lim is currently the Managing Partner of Stream Global Pte Ltd, an incubator for info-com startups.
