ExxonMobil said it is launching its mass flow metering system (MFMS) for marine gas oil (MGO) in Singapore, with the first barge deliveries set to start in May 2018.The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has mandated that all distillates must be delivered via a MFMS from July 1, 2019.
