The Coast Guard, a good Samaritan and Turks and Caicos Police Maritime Division rescued an overdue fisherman Tuesday approximately 100 yards off the eastern shore of East Caicos Island. Rescued was Timothy Hamilton, 65, of Cockburn Harbor, South Caicos Island.
